中国の各地に点在する商標業務受付窓口の数は309に達している。今年6月末までに、各窓口で合わせて119万5000件の商標出願を受理した。登録商標専用権による担保登録が8305件、融資額は1888億5000万元（1元は約20.1円）に上る。8月9日、国家知識産権局・商標局関係者が明らかにした。
商標業務受付窓口の設立は、国務院の「行政簡素化・権限委譲、緩和・管理の両立、サービス最適化」に関する方針に基づいて、商標局が推し進めている一連の重要な施策の一つである。過去6年に、各窓口は業務方法の刷新やサービス手続きの改善、サービス内容の充実に取り組み、目覚ましい成果を上げている。商標登録の円滑化改革のパイオニアと位置付けられていた商標業務受付窓口は現在、商標関連業務の改革、発展を推進する重要な力に成長している。
